Once you exceed your maximum insurance benefits for the year, you can switch from your dental insurance to the iSmile Dental Plan discount.

When will the member's automatic renewal be charged?
Renewals will be charged annually on the 1st of the effective month for the member. Members will receive a mailed notice 30 days in advance reminding them of the automatic renewal.

What does a member need to do if they want to upgrade their plan level?
Members will call iSmile Dental Plan's dedicated line (833) 330-7202 where a customer service representative will make the change and charge their card the difference.
